My mother is diabetic and has not adequately control their diet and they now have serious health problems. She is not overweight, but I have to change their eating habits and not, as the doctor says. I think that if they contribute to change and hopefully a little more than the normal rates now (she's only 47). Does anyone know a site with the leaders not to eat or to diabetes menu sample? It will stay with me and even if they do not know, but follow your health through food preparation. I appriciate the help you can give me. Thanks in advance!



Also, each of every Web page know, with a table full of calories for everything (fruit, vegetables, burgers, fast food, etc.)? This is for me, I'm losing weight and cutting calories is the only thing that worked for me, so do not end up like my mother:) Thanks again
